Blueberry Muffins

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

1 1/2 c. blueberries
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil and stir until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Fill well-greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12-16 muffins.
